Right Stuff proudly backs all Pack accessories and General Accessories against material defects and workmanship for a period of 3 years. 

Extended Warranty
All Chest Packs, including the M2, Field Ops and Pro Patrol models, come with our extended warranty coverage against material defects and workmanship for a period of 5 years. 

Terms and Conditions
This warranty does not cover damage sustained by abuse, alteration, unauthorized or unreasonable use of our products.

Any damage that is not covered under warranty may be submitted for repairs at a reasonable cost that will be agreed upon before completion or the repair.

In rare cases of extreme failure, Right Stuff retains the right to replace, rather than repair the product that has been submitted.  If the product (or color) has been discontinued or upgraded, we will replace it with a similar product of equal of greater value.

In short, Right Stuff stands behind our products and if you should ever encounter a problem, you can count on us to make things right!
